Taking on new projects

I build appspeople openevery day.

I'm Hoceine El Idrissi, a full-stack developer in Morocco. Web platforms, native iOS and Android apps with NativePHP, and admin panels that teams in Saudi Arabia, the UK and Palestine rely on, often in Arabic.

Selected work

Web platforms, mobile apps and a commercial Filament plugin, in production since 2023 and several of them in Arabic. A few up close:

FilamentCraft

Visual website builder for Filament

Turns any Filament panel into a Shopify-style site builder: drag sections onto a live canvas, edit against an iframe preview, publish. A commercial plugin with 32 sections, a no-code section builder, a store module and full RTL.

  • 32 sections plus a no-code section builder
  • Sold through its own Composer registry
  • Filament 4 and 5 from one codebase

What I can build for you

Freelance or embedded in your team, remote from Morocco, overlapping working hours with Europe and the Gulf.

Tell me about it
  • Web apps and platforms

From a first version you can put in front of users to a platform with tenants, roles, billing and four languages. Laravel on the back, Livewire, React or Vue on the front, whichever fits.

  • Mobile apps for iOS and Android

Native apps built with NativePHP that share the Laravel codebase you already have: camera, microphone, push notifications, offline screens. WiserPocket ships this way.

  • Admin panels and Filament plugins

Panels your operations team actually enjoys using. Custom resources, dashboards, bulk actions, and plugins built to the standard of FilamentCraft.

  • Arabic-first and RTL products

Right-to-left interfaces, bilingual content and Arabic copy that reads naturally, shipped for clients in Saudi Arabia, Morocco and across the region.

  • Rescue and level up an existing app

Slow queries, tangled controllers, no tests. I untangle it, add Pest coverage, and leave the codebase easier to change than I found it.

How a project runs

  1. A short call

Thirty minutes to understand the business, the users and what done looks like. No slide decks.

  2. A scoped plan

A written plan with milestones, trade-offs and a fixed price or weekly rate. You know what you get before you pay.

  3. Weekly working builds

A deployed build every week on a staging URL. You click through real software, not status reports.

Salaam, I'm Hoceine

I started with C# desktop apps during an internship in 2022, worked nights as a web developer while finishing my studies, and have been building Laravel products full time ever since.

Laravel is home. On top of it I reach for whatever the product needs: Livewire and Filament for admin-heavy platforms, React or Vue for rich interfaces, and NativePHP when the app belongs on a phone. That is how a finance tracker ends up on the web, iOS and Android from one codebase, and a Hajj platform ships with six separate panels without turning to mud.

I care about the parts nobody sees in a demo: tenancy boundaries, queues that recover, tests that catch the regression before a customer does, and Arabic interfaces that feel native rather than mirrored.

When something is worth sharing, I write it up. There are long-form guides here on Filament, Livewire and Laravel, written for developers doing the same work.
